I use writing, conversation and creative work to explore the questions that sit underneath how we work, lead, build and relate. Some ideas are practical. Some are unfinished. Some are simply things I can’t stop thinking about.
I’m interested in the human side of work: behaviour, relationships, purpose, money, collaboration, creativity and the systems we build around ourselves.
This isn’t a library of answers. It’s a place to question assumptions, notice patterns and test different ways of thinking.

Longer reflections, questions and ideas about work, people, leadership, entrepreneurship, systems and the messy reality of trying to build things well.

Sometimes an idea makes more sense when I say it rather than polish it into an article. These are shorter reflections, conversations and things I’m still working through.

A collaborative book featuring stories from female entrepreneurs, including a chapter from me.

Why do good people get stuck in bad ways of working?
Why are charities so nervous about money?
What makes collaboration actually work?
How do we make work more human without making it less effective?
Why do organisations keep investing in systems when the real issue is behaviour?
What happens when purpose, money and sustainability stop competing?
