Hi, I’m Danielle. I’m a facilitator, founder, psychotherapist and social entrepreneur who has spent the last 15+ years building organisations, leading teams, supporting people, testing ideas and learning what actually helps people work well together.
My work sits across people, business, community and social impact. I’m interested in the human side of work: the habits, relationships, fears, assumptions and behaviours that can either move an organisation forward or quietly hold it back.
I’ve led organisations, developed services, built partnerships, supported entrepreneurs, facilitated groups and worked across sectors. I’ve also made mistakes, changed direction and learned that the practical solution is rarely enough on its own if the people involved don’t trust it, understand it or feel able to engage with it.
That mix of experience shapes how I work now: practical, human, curious and willing to question the obvious answer.
My background brings together leadership, social enterprise, community development, learning, business development and mental health.
I’ve founded and led organisations, managed teams, designed programmes, developed partnerships and turned ideas into practical projects.
Alongside that, training in psychotherapy, psychology, coaching and facilitation has given me a strong understanding of people, behaviour and relationships. That matters because most workplace problems aren’t purely strategic, financial or operational. There is usually a human layer underneath them too.
People avoid difficult conversations. Teams develop habits without noticing. Money brings up fear. New systems fail because nobody wants to use them.
Partnerships look good on paper but never build trust.
That’s the layer I pay attention to.
I’m fascinated by the gap between how things are supposed to work and how they actually work.
Why do good people get stuck in bad working habits?
Why do charities become nervous about money?
Why do businesses separate profit from purpose?
Why do organisations invest in new systems without thinking enough about the people expected to use them?
Why do we keep doing things simply because that’s how they’ve always been done?
I use those questions to uncover what’s getting in the way, surface the conversations that need to happen and create practical ways to test something different.

Explored alternative approaches to entrepreneurship, sustainability, growth and impact through collaborative learning and experimentation.
Taken part in entrepreneurship and leadership exchanges and facilitated learning with people from different countries, sectors and backgrounds.
